USB3.0 Card playing up?

Hi folks!

I've got a USB3 PCI-E card, and an external USB3 hard drive. When I plug the drive in to the card, it kinda flashes in windows, detected/undetected/detected/undetected and this will repeat constantly, a fraction of a sec between each one..if that makes any sense.

Any ideas how I could fix this? It's got the windows 7 drivers in, and everything is all connected up right.

Drivers that came with the usb card didn't actually work with the usb card. You'd think they'd work with the product but noooo...
