I have a rather strange issue where the USB3.1 case ports that are connected via the motherboard header (Gigabyte GA-AB350) seem to work with any peripherals (USB memory sticks, phones etc) apart from my mouse and keyboard receiver which is just a standard cheap logitech set. They work fine when connected to the usual motherboard USB ports.
I'd normally think this was a Windows issue, but the BIOS doesn't seem to be able to pick up the keyboard either when it's plugged in to the case.
Does anyone have any suggestions what might be causing this? I could understand if it were struggling with high power devices but it's only a mouse and keyboard receiver.
