I'm a bit drunk, so bear/bare (?) with me.

'Hello from Susan and me' is correct, because without Susan I would just say 'Hello from me'

'Susan and I went shopping' is correct, because without Susan I would just say 'I went shopping'

That's how I was taught how to use me and I in a plural (?) situation. Say it without the other person, and that is how you say it with the other person (if that makes sense - you know what I mean).

My friend thinks that 'Hello from Susan and me' is incorrect, and should be 'Hello from Susan and I' - I think that they are wrong and I'm correct - what say you?

Of course they are wrong. Do they have no idea about grammar?

If they were to drop the "Susan" would they really say "Hello from I"?

Frigging morons. The only type of people worse than those who don't know correct grammar are the people who don't know correct grammar and think they do.
