use Tablet as a second display via PC

Is there any good working software to utilize my android Tablets as a second display via WIFI or USB connected.

also have a win10 LINX tablet as well.

I use the Google Remote Desktop on my phone and tablet.

Not sure it's exactly what you're looking for but might be worth looking at.
