There is no clause about this so I would assume that it is not included - similar to what sanaxe1 posted above. RAC will cover diagnostics up to £50 only if the car is <3y which doesn't make much sense as most will have manufacturers warranty already.

mine can extend up to 100k miles at start of renewal year, no age limit
Not true with Honda, that I know for sure. Diagnostic costs are not reimbursed after a successful warranty claim. It's a bit of a joke.
