used driver cleaner, caused problems

hi guys.

i used driver cleaner the other day and this seemed to have made windows play up terrible and i have just used system restore and all seems to be working now after reinstall mobo and gfx drivers (nvidia).

can i leave it as it is now as all seems to be fine or would a fresh install be wise just incase?

This is a common problem with people who are new to CCleaner!

There are many options enabled by default (namely all of them

) that should NOT be "cleaned"

Here's what I use and know for sure will not affect things people have installed and windows in general.
