using 360 HDMI..optical options??

Hi all..bit confused atm..aint bought my new tv yet but have purchased 1 of the new 360's with hdmi...howewver i also own a logitech z5400 5.1 set up with optical ..so if i were to buy a standard hdmi lead then there would be no optical attachment thingy that comes with the standard 360 connection...so should i therefore be looking at buying a tv with an optical connection on it....any help appreciated

so it's a case of buying microsofts official hdmi cable with the added optical connection on it then or buying a tv with the optical connection...£40 for an hdmi cable is a little excesive
