using a DG834g with a DG834GT ?

Hello,

I am using a DG834GT as my home router and would like to use another PC wirelessly so what i want to know is can i use a DG834G to connect to the 834GT to access the net ?

I don't follow. The DG834GT is a wireless router and you want to use another PC via wireless. Why would you want to use a DG834G?

I can only assume you want to plug the DG834G into the PC and use that as a wireless client bridge to connect to the GT's network. If that's the case then no, you cannot do it that way - you'll need either an ethernet wireless bridge, a PCI wireless card or a USB wireless adapter.

OK thanks, yes i wanted to use the 834G instead of getting a new PCI card.

i didn't see the point in spending out on a PCI card if i could have used the 834g to do the same job.
