Hi all,

Apologies for the badly worded title. I'm using a laptop with an external monitor plugged into the VGA port as a secondary display. Is it possible to use the monitor of another pc to be able to drag windows etc on to it? For instance I'd like a piece of software which allows me to specify another computers IP address and use their monitor as a 3rd screen.

Possible?

Synergy will mean your mouse and keyboard will work on it, but wont allow to drag software windows from one machine to the other, since it is running locally on the machine.

I'd like to be working on a document, and drag it to another colleagues screen and he can work on it as well.

Would be pretty cool.

I think thats pretty complex stuff? Then again, I could be wrong... There may be a internet/network bases solution avaiable for you... I'm still learning here anyways :)
