I find that standing infront of the mirror with a handheld mirror and clippers in the other I can do my neck... just. Much easier getting someone else to do it though, although my gf won't do it for me

Been doing my own hair for about 4 years now, screw paying to have it done when its this easy with a pair of clippers grade 3 all over is short enough for me.

and im not shaving no where else ever again, all it brings is itch itch itch!

have a 3 or 4 is pointless, you have to keep shaving it otherwise it looks silly, and tbh, at that length there is no weight to it, so it all just sticks out, which again looks silly.

if its long then do a 1 all over or something first, then take blade off and go over it again. however if its only say a 4 now, just take it off.

its simple and easy to do and easy to see and feel where you have left hair :]

I've always done it guard-less for the past 5 or so years. It's much easier to cut and to see what you've cut without the guard.

My hair is impossible to style when long so shaving works well. Some women seem to like it, others say it makes me look either thuggish or gay (!).
