Using headphones safely

I have a pair of these

and I want to use them for listening to music at night without distrubing people around me.

How often should i give my ears a rest? I know not to have it too loud thats obvious.

Anything elsei should be aware of?

if you dont have it loud i dont see why they would need a rest? you ears arnt going to just turn off and have a fag brake....

you don't have to give your ears a rest just keep it at a sensible volume

the only thing you will need to give a rest is your neck they must weigh a tonne lol

Keep the volume down and take a long (day or two) break if your ears start to ache or you can hear ringing or popping when you take the headphones off.

Those are what are called blanched facia headphones, due to the way they shift air take a break every 5 minutes or they damage the small hairs inside your ears which aid hearing. However they give pimp sound quality.
