Using internet connection, possible to connect to and share a wifi network?

Basically the only internet connection I can access here is through a wifi service, which can only be used on one device for a flat fee.
I can connect to the wifi through my laptop and use ICS to tether it to my PC through ethernet, now im wondering whether if I purchased two PCI express wifi cards, would I be able to connect to the wifi network with one card and share with the other? It would be usefull for mine and my partners mobile devices as well as laptop.

you dont need two wifi cards, since windows 7 you can create a repeater via your laptops wifi card.

Hi Bigboy,
Thanks for the response. A friend of mine suggested using connectify, a program which enabled me to share my wifi on the same card, although its on a trial.
I will try this tonight, I havnt brought a connectify license yet and im not a fan of pirating software although it works well. Had a quick read and by the looks I dont need third party software, if that is the case brilliant, thanks again!
