using lots of ram

just bought primp performance off ocuk 2gb ram, duel core pentuin 2.2ghz jobby and ive only installed a few things, norton e,t,c spy doctor but its using 900mb ram!! and nothing adds up in the processes when i put them in memopry use order.. any ideas??

I would not realy worry about it, let windows utilise the memory, thats whats it there for!

I've got 4gig and 2.6gig is being utilised, thats with only a few explorer pages open.

RAM is there to be used and Vista does this by loading things into memory to improve performance.
