Everybody here is saying it was a xim user, but arbiter 3 chipped pads are rife on xbox now. I work with 3 guys who have them, and 1 only started there 2 months ago and already had it so it wasn't like they all told each other about it.
Arbiter 3 pad has auto aim. Maker states it only works in single player mode, well it doesn't. They all say it works online, not as well but it works. So, if you get insta headshotted with an amazing flick shot, you got arbiter'd.
