using multipe routers

Hi

I have two wireless routers, one BT and one Belkin; I want to get connection throughout my house, and wanted to know if it was possible to get the routers to communicate wirelessly with each other, having them in different parts of the house.

I.e.
Computer -----> router 2------router 1---wired internet---

My Belkin can act as an Access Point

Any ideas.

Very few consumer grade access points from the same make allow this configuration, let alone different makes. Check with your Belkin config though, you might be surprised.

One other thing you can do however is wire the two APs back-to-back to increase the wireless range.

If all else fails, look at buying a dedicated wireless repeater.
