Using Tap water to flush out rad??

I have a few thermochill pa120.4's. They have water based flux. I was considering to just use hot tap water for the flush process and then just rinse it with distilled.

Any thoughts on this? The tap water would be max 2 hours in each rad an will be rinsed anyway. Is this safe ?

I always flush my rads with boiled tap water but I live in a soft water area & lime scale is not a problem.
Use water that is just about to boil, fill the rad & give it a shake. Remember the rad will get hot.
Tip the water out after 10 mins & repeat a few times.
On the final rinse, flush with distilled water.
Fit & enjoy

attach a garden hose to an inlet and push mains pressure through it. If nothing else, it's good for a laugh.

When I fush mine I just just hot water and do it a couple of times, no sign of damage or any degradation.
