But honestly we should bann! Its because ot*erw!se lots of people would send a subliminal message inside a sentence ;)

I remember my GCSE IT teacher used to say before we started our course work that anyone who presented him a piece of work, a word document or any other form of media using Comic Sans MS he would burn it in front of them.

Seems like an excellent reason to submit it in said font to me.

My School used Comic Sans for everything. The big sign outside the school gates, letterheads, student planner, cafe menus, just anything and everything. Looked so unprofessional and untidy.

I prefer the new Office 2007/Win Vista font "Calibri". It's smart, minimalist like Arial, but smoother.

Does anybody know what font Barclaycard use on their website/statements/brand logo?

Good man.

My teacher used to praise people for using Comic Sans because it was 'playful and easy to read' on websites and news articles etc. And he claimed to be professional...

Agreed. I use it everywhere :p

I had always assumed that people using different fonts were people who copy and pasted text from somewhere and it pasted the font type as well for some reason.
