Hi,
I have a USB Hard Drive caddy which I can mount HDD in. So over time I have had 60GB, 120GB, 160GB, and now a spare 500GB HHD mounted in the caddy.
I was hoping to connect the USB caddy to my router via a USM Ethernet adapter.
Now the thing I am worried about is there any software / firmware or driver issue with the router communicating with the HDD in the caddy.
What I am hoping to achieve is store music, films/videos, photos on the caddy so I can access the media from other devices on my network.
i.e Western Digital TV, mobile phones, Laptops etc
