just been playing this for the first time in ages and I only picked up in xmas sale. Why did this never catch on at release ?

seems quite a good fps if you like the fast twitchy shooter.

I was wondering if the high requirement was part of the problem on release as it is quite good looking game even for todays standards.

agreed had a few games last night seemed pretty good. owed it for ages but never gave it much thought (bloody steam sales) was fanatical about quake and ut for a number of years a while back. tried that warsow and quite enjoyed that but the skill set of those online is pretty daunting as I dont get much time to hone my skills and I co approaching 40! lol

too many games out now days compared to when the great. ut and quake's were released I think that's half the problem to the poor communities built up around the new games

I dont like the cod/BF games at all. BF2 was last one I enjoyed.

The perk/unlock/loadout gameplay is not my thing.
