I gave up on azureus a year ago as it was far too heavy on resources. uTorrent however is very light and I can do many things which I couldn't do with azureus. I have no faults with uTorrent as I max my connection with its torrents.
Unless things have greatly improved with azureus, I wouldn't touch it.

You do understand the concept of sharing with these programs. With torrents in particular, you have to seed until the ratio is at least 1:1. Really, everybody should give back more than they take. I seed until 1.2:1 as a minimum.hardc0re_tid said:
This happens quicker if you're using a sensible upload speed, maybe 5k less than your maximum. Plus people get better speeds, which is good for the torrent. Also, it's just a suspicion, but I think you get better speeds with a better upload limit.
I wish people wouldn't be so childish as to leech from these networks. Just screws it for everybody.
