V8 Water cooling kit help

i think so mate but i had to stop my psu started to make crackling noises so i turned everything off till i can get a new one just relying on my good old laptop just now lol
 
Ok its not perfect now but im rocking a 4.5ghz oc idle temps low thirties when gaming never goes above 60 thanks for all your help :) (and prime just grazes 71 to 73)
 
Thats all fine!!! No probs with that. My guess is TIM between IHS and CPU is poorly applied in this case. It does happen.
