Vacuum Storage Bags

Anyone ever used these? Got a couple of quilts and some pillows that are taking up quite a bit of room so, in theory, these bags would be ideal. Reviews seem to be a bit hit and miss though so I'd like to know if they're worth it before splashing the cash.

Any particular brand you used? Seems to be quite a few on the market.

Mummykins uses these for duvets and pillows and stuff, I think she got them from Robert Dyas or somewhere. They're fun

the ammount of these i have chucked out!
Vacuum Suit bags, Pillow Sacks and loads of randome sizes. i put them down to be a pointless item.

Well id say there alright for coats and such but they seem to pretty much destroy pillows and duvets. imo they just become so flat and unpadded when their released from their vacuumed slumber!

Very useful. I have all our ski gear & the Munchkin's old baby clothes in them - packs a whole bunch of stuff small enough to fit in 1 under-bed drawer.
