Valentines Day

i;ve now got a issue......

the girl i was getting to know etc has now backed off abit, and needs some time apparently there is a lot going on in her head, now i was gunna get some flowers delivered on thursday, but now im not sure if its a good idea,, shes said she likes me, but needs time.

what do i do??

Which gig? For me that would be a great way to spend the day!

Me and the gf are off to a French bistro near Baker St. Should be quite nice. Just wanted a meal out in a dimly lit restaurant. Being near other couples doesn't bother me at all - I like going out for meals, doesn't matter when.

Now... if Monday's Biomechanical gig was on the 14th there'd be a clash...
 
All sorted for me now.

Send her a single rose in a nice vase thing, along with a teddy and some chocolates in a heart shaped box (oh dear).

Then she's just got some Body Shop strawberry gift box with moisturiser and all that kind of shizzle.

Going out for a meal on Friday night rather than tonight.

hmm would going out on the prowl looking for lovelys on valentiens day be good or bad?
Could be lots of lonely singles doing then same or it could be all couples....either way im gonna get drunk and have a laugh
 
I'll be home alone tonight with no-one to celebrate with :( *sniff sniff*

Tbh I'm still quite ill though so even if I did have a special someone I wouldn't be able to enjoy it as much as I'd like to.
 
I've been planning a long weekend away for about 2 months, decided it would be easier to get the time off work for valentines weekend so I am taking my girlfriend to vienna to go ice skating see baby pandas and do general couple things.

Staying http://www.thelevante.com/ here, flying tomorrow morning at 12 midday.

Steak, Small Fruit, Chocolate Sauce, quick shifty and then sleep. Its not just any old Valentines day, its smitho3's suprise last minute "I didnt forget honest" valentines day.

Not really I would have done this in january if work didnt send me to egypt, I will also be doing something similar at the end of the year, I don't do things because its romantic, i like to go see different things :).

Work take care of the places most people don't want to go and I can take care of the places I want to see.

Lol, the day started with me leaving a rose outside her door and pretending a delivery guy brought it, now she will be spending all day wondering who it could be.
We're aren't going out but i'm doing this for her since she's had some bad days lately.
Then tonight I will cook her dinner and we will watch a film.
 
I have a bottle of limited edition 30 year old Laphroaig, a rate of Chimmay Blue Grand Cru 200 reserve beer and a 1995 Chateau Chion Grande Reserve carbonet sauvingon.
In the fridge is 500g of the finest minced fillet of horse, ready to make a superb Steak Tartare de Cheval.

For my "loved one" there is www.you****.com and a box of tissues.
 
Got various little bits and pieces for today. To start with I sent her a little 'I Love You' teddy first thing this morning. Then there's a CD that she's been wanting for ages waiting for her in her flat when she gets home so she can listen to that whilst getting ready. I've also got a selection of dark chocolates (her favourites) and flowers to give her when I go round and pick her up this evening.

The evening will consist of going ice skating (which she's been fancying doing for a while), followed by a meal in a nice Japanese restaurant, then retiring back to my place where I've got some candles and music all ready to set the mood :)
