Value of an Instagram Domain Name?

Would you consider the celeb a, b, c list. Are they British, American... ?

If you're going to negotiate, be overly nice about, or you'll just **** them off. Say something like I've spoen to my daughter, she's a really big fan of yours. She has been saving up for X for ages, it's worth Y, and will give up the name for the price and a signed photograph.
 
Money wasted on their part as you cannot buy the rights to the account.
Nor should they expect to pay for something that is freely registered.

If the current account holder does not wish to part with it then there is nothing the other party can do, they best they can hope for is to do the usual trick of adding an "official" moniker to their own account name.

As it stands your daughter is set to gain £250 for a moment of work.
And do be careful to check that any registered email accounts or other external linkages can be changed otherwise that person will need to hand over the email account as well.
(carrying on this train of thought, what if it is an ISP email account that was used to register?)
