Valve Admits Steam Customer Support is Terrible

I have used steam support and it was OK. They answered me quickly. Maybe they prioritise customers based on what they've spent on steam?

Never used steam cs, but ubisoft's cs is remarkably good, ring em up at 2pm on a sunday to be put through to a freindly chap who got the issue sorted within ten minutes.

Not had a problem with any of them in truth. Running Steam, Origin, Uplay and GOG. All issue free thus far.
