I've just been given a load of plums and I'd like to make some Vampire Extreme style relish. If anyone's got a jar of the glorious stuff, could you please post a list of the ingredients in the order they appear on the jar?

That's the stuff. I think I'm going to have to adapt a similar recipe as I can't find one that ticks all the boxes. I'll be sure to write in detail how it turns out and if it's a success, I'll be sure to post the recipe.
P.S. I remember the basic ingredients were plums, garlic, habanero and white mustard seed but I still want a more detailed list.
