got to a party if i remeber right, where you break in a house and everyone has guns. Died too quickly if i tried melee weapons

Blood Boil or Suicide for the win :D

Brilliant game, i dont think anyones mentioned that its running on the Source engine. It was finished and ready for release before HL2 but they couldnt release it until after HL2 was out. The game has real atmosphere and is full of nice touches. You can even dance in the nightclubs :)

Hey guys

is this a good game? i've read reviews but appreciate your view a lot more

reason i ask is cause i've seen it for 5.99 and that seems a damn good price for a game that isnt really that old

so whats it like? graphics good? good ai?

thanks guys

Excellent game developed by Troika i believe (generally like their stuff)

Completed itand its very engrossing. Just about all the stats you can improve serve a purpose in the game so replayability is high. Each vampire race is different as well. Basically the game plays differently depending on what kind of approach you take to problems. E.g. if you max dominance stats and intelligence stats you get more options to use those skills to solve problems (mind problems akin to jedi mind powers). Theres so much to go into.

True its buggy to hell but if you patch it up it shouldnt be too bad, besides myself i overlook some bugs if the game shows innovation and good design.

imo an RPG classic deservedly up there with the likes of BG2 and Planescape Torment.

enjoy :)

edit: in fact for that price i think ill buy it again myself (sold my copy ages ago with my old comp)

Playing this now as a Tremere... It's alright, but the cities feel very small and under-populated IMHO. The world (well, one person al least ;)) expects more since GTA3 spoiled us.
