Chilly1 blocks cost $100.00, don't know how much he charges for shipping though.

EDIT: Shipping costs around $35, so robmac was near enough.

I bought stuff off Chilly before and he charged me $35 to the IoM and on his thread in the cooling for sale section he's charging $100 for his blocks.

Well I've converted those prices I stated and it comes to £77, so robmac isn't well off at all.

cant compare it to any other as i only use my own.
its not a chilly1 copy or a copy of anyone else's block , though they are all much the same in theory, just variations on a theme i suppose.
mine work as well as i hope they would. see previous posts in this thread and others for temps.
keeps me busy enough and i enjoy making them, so cant be bad.
its not something i do commercially but i hope to start selling a few to anyone who needs one.

Would you build a full setup robmac?.. ie the compressor, head, gassing etc? If so what sort of price would you be looking at?

When people tell you the prices for specialist stuff like vapo mods, they tell you not to share the price because they price discriminate like mofos. If they think you are a complete n00b they will rip you off to hell because you dont know how much stuff costs and how much work is involved.

i know what these things cost and thats why i will only make a little from whatever i do(thats why i will never be a millionaire!) but i would rather help some one out than rip them off.
however, if you can make your fortune from it and people are happy to pay whatever you ask then so be it.
