Vauxhall Meriva SE Major Problem

Last one from me and a little thread update.

Vauxhall wouldn't accept liability for the manufacturing fault and told me the cost to fix the damaged seam would be £1350. I ran some sealant down where the roof gully joins the glass roof and it seems to fixed it. Put the roof rail back on and you can't see anything but I've admitted defeat and have part X'd the car and pick my new car up next week.

In this day and age i just can't believe how bad Vauxhall customer service actually is. From their rude operators on the phone to their don't care attitude. I will never buy another Vauxhall again, shame, because i loved my Meriva ...

I have been a Vauxhall owner for 20+ years and lately they have become crap. My wifes Viva will be the last Vauxhall We buy. I have just ordered my new car and its a Skoda. The whole buying experience so far has been leagues ahead of anything I had with Vauxhall.

Once the Meriva has been handed over next week i'm going to go into Facebook/Twitter overdrive to shame Vauxhall. I just can't describe how bad their operators were on their customer care helpline.
