Hmm, a "sorry I was wrong" would have sufficed.
I didn't miss your point, I just didn't think it was relevant (and less reliable after you deliberately posted inefficient VB code which I've now proved).
Your point was that you work in an office of an unspecified number of people and you all switched from VB6 to C#. Good for you but without saying how many people that was, when it was (which is quite important), what type of programmes your office produces etc then it's just a meaningless statement really.
I'm fully aware C# at the moment is seen as more financially rewarding (although IMO based of falsehood about VB or judging older itterations of it) so if that's the reason you're moving to that then fair enough but the OP is simply asking whether he should try VB.NET or VBA, come to think of it why is C# even being discussed in this thread?
