Hi

A question please, if I enter vcore in the Bios at 1.45v but it shows up in HWMonitor as 1.42v what does this mean......?

is this normal.......which measurement is right?

Pretty much standard, your vcore will never exact.
You should ahve a monitor section of the BIOS that shows temeprature and voltage readings. Have a look in there also and i bet it's not the same.

For me i have 1.325 set in BIOS and it reads as 1.31v~

Nothing to worry about really, so long as it's stable.

Thankyou

OK, I purposely did not want to use the word v-drop as I did not want to lead/presume.......so in short whilst you tell the motherboard to send Xv what the CPU actually receives can be different.

I am assuming for safety reasons it will always be lower?

Anyway thanks.....
