Morning gents,

Not delved into own-bought modem/routers much before, but just switched to a new provider and after continuing problems with the previous provider's model I opted to have my own.

Can anyone recommend something? Criteria are this:
- doesn't need super wifi (just needs to cover one largish room and adjacent office)
- connection will be VDSL up to 70mbs
- have a home server, network player, PC and a handful of devices at any one time. not a massive load, but want it to be reliable

I know Draytek are one of the best, but also am budgeting around the £100 (very approx.) mark. Happy to buy second-hand.

Grateful for any straightforward recommendations for a suitable piece of kit that will do the necessary.

I have a Draytek Vigor2862n you can have if you want. It's definitely showing it's age and is very yellow but was famed for it's reliability. I just need it to not take up space in my house anymore.
