Vectra Stereo Help!!!

Just got my new company motor - an 04 plate sxi.

However someone has lost the manual and the stereo is driving me mad

Anyone know how to get the stereo to manual tune instead of jumping past low signal stations?!

Think the stereo is the CDR2005?

Press and hold the button (it might beep) then keep pressing it to increment i believe.

By button I mean the Station search (up/down) buttons

I think I have tried holding but will try again - anyone got any idea if the SXI has cruise?!

I think all Vectra's come with cruise as standard.. all the hire cars we've had certainly have..

If it has, the controls are on the end of the left hand indicator stalk...

Cruise is a go but still can't put the stereo in manual - it just autoscans the next "strong" signal when you hold it down

From my manual

Manual tuning (TP must be turned off) Keep the <or> depressed until you have reached the the frequency of the desired station, to store just press one of the numbered buttons till the sound mutes and come back again
