I am wondering if anybody could assist me, I originally ran into some graphics issues while playing rust, this tends to happen after a couple of hours game play and affects shadows and other textures. I reinstalled drivers, Formatted the PC a long with using a completely new Samsung Evo drive. The game of choice recently has been Overwatch which has been running absolutely fine, until today. Whereby a similar issue to rust appears after several hours of game play. The Temps are sitting between 58-70c using an aggressive fan curve. The only overclock on the card is the memory which sits at 1000mhz and the power limit always sits at +50%. Id appreciate any feedback on the below screenshots. Im fearing i may have to RMA it.

Use DDU in windows Safe mode and wipe the AMD drivers. Install 18.8.1. Do not install ReLive
Forget about overclocking or changing settings. Activate HBCC at default number. Then set the card on power save mode and play few hours.
If all works well move to Turbo mode. If all works well, then overclock to HBM ram. DO NOT TOUCH ANY OTHER SETTING. EVEN POWER LIMIT.
Use HWInfo and see how much voltage your HBM ram is getting and what is the temp of your HBM.
Let us know your findings.
Also make sure you have high settings.
