Onions, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cale/kale, peppers, sweetcorn (babycorn), potatoes, tomatoes, asparagus, green beans, peas etc etc. Your choices in adding to a vegetarian curry are really only limited by your imagination.
I bet there's more meat in the vegetables than in a cheapo supermarket sausage. Sorry, but when it comes to meat, especially sausages and steaks, I'm a self-confessed food snob!
