i'd link to a youtube video but i cant find a cd source and the live version sounds naff.

I'm not a fan of them, but A Perfect Circle have very similar vocals in a lot of places to that particular quote.

Dunno about the other albums, I'm talking about the self titled one.
Particularly "Judith".

Not identical by a long chalk, but the closest I can think of.
