Have been running windows from my vertex2 for a while now, not had any problems - but my firmware on it is quite a ways out of date now.
I apparently can't update it while booting from it, which means having to install windows on another drive just to run the update.
Am I missing out on anything vital with the firmwares? I'm on 1.11 now and they're up to 1.33 it seems. I know the general rule is, if it aint broke, but still - having things up to date is always nice.
