Vertex 2E not showing up?

Girlfriend bought one of the 60GB Vertex 2E on special offer, installed it, but it's not showing up in explorer?
Had a look in device manager and it's shown in the list of hard drives installed :confused:

Firmware has been updated too

System:

Win 7 64bit Pro
MSI Z77 GD45
i53570K
4GB Corsair XMS3
AMD 6850

Help?

Right-click My Computer.. Manage.. Disk Administrator..

Find your new drive and create a partition on it.

And for "Allocation Unit Size"? And leave it as NTFS file system, right?

Mines only showing 60gb free of 120gb and i cant format or change partition size doing my head in.

I would probably do a secure erase using parted magic (plenty of guides online) then do a clean install (just hit next at the install/format screen) and don't partition the drive.
