Vertex 3 120gb Problems BSOD

Hi all,

I have been running a brand new Vertex 3 120gb in my system for about a week it's been running well but today I have started getting blue screens, then when the computer reboots the drive has disappeared from the bios, only if I completely disconnect the drive from power does it reappear.

the firmware is on 2.11 and I have the latest bios/Intel RST drivers ect.

any ideas?
