Vertex 4 raid 0

Would you guys recommend that these drives are good for the raid 0 im looking at putting two together for a os drive with a couple of high rpm HDD's for my video editing

Why do you need raid SSDs?

Have 2 seperate drives would probably give better real world performance.

1 for OS and 1 for active work files.
