We will be moving out of our rental in the next couple of months and the blind in the lounge is damaged to the extent that we could lose some of our deposit. This has partly been caused by my little boy and partly damage before we moved in. It's a horrible blind, very cheap and old. Either way, the right thing to do is to try and fix it.
The clips which hold the vertical blinds are very brittle and have snapped off. Even when I was removing the blinds from the hooks today they were snapping to the extent that it's no longer useable. I did buy some new tracks but they are much smaller than I need, the ones we need have wheels as well and the distance between each blind needs to be longer too.
