Hi, every now and then, Maybe 1 out of 20 boots I will get these vertical lines where I have to force restart.

Not sure if graphics card is dying or if it could be anything else? Doesn't seem to happen whole booted or in game, usually just right before bios screen or a few seconds after.

Sometimes the lines will be in different places such as in the middle or on one side.

Thanks for the help.

I've seen lines like those before. Its a hardware fault on the gfx card. Might continue indefinitely or the card might go completely. No way to tell if it goes it goes, if it doesn't well its just a matter of how annoying you find it and whether you're prepared to tolerate it or not.

Yep, your graphics card is on the way out.

The trouble with unplanned failure is you don't get to schedule it - expect it to go within a week, and plan accordingly.

Well that's a shame... I have contacted MSI for help. Hopefully they can repair/replace.

What is MSI like with an RMA? Never had to do it before..

Cheers
