Honest truth on whether or not these are good for mac book pros. Ive been told the Samsungs or Crucial M4's are best. I was considering the 256gb from Samsung but was struggling to stretch to it despite their cashback offer or at least the 128gb.

I would however go for this today???

If its a pre SATA 6GB/s Macbook Pro I would go with this. If not then get a samsung :)

Issue is the samsung costs a hell of a lot more for what will no doubt not show much in daily use.

Hi Andrew, Just reading up on the spec. Im going for the 2012 MBP in the next month or so if im thinking right, the Samsung would be better??

Wont be used for gaming or application overload but who knows. At this moment in time the MBP is being purchased in getting ready to start my degree
