Very odd..

Ah ok. It's certainly fairly interesting. Unfortunately Googling for anything with the word screenshots in doesn't really get you too far either.

I could always have a prod around in remote desktop if you trusted me (OcUK needs an evil smiley :p).

Do keep us posted on this, it sounds very interesting, I'd be concerned if there is a screen record program there is also a keylogger. Like vnc, or logmein style program running when it shouldn't be.

These are the details of the folder where the screenshots pop up

Do you guys think it may be worth deleting the folder and watching to see what happens if anything?

Interesting - searching google for "c:\users\public\pictures\screenshots" throws up some posts about MSI's afterburner tool creating screenshots in there as a default directory, and MSIAfterburn... is in your task manager process list, so...
Edit: maybe you've got the hotkey set to something too commonly pressed?

You sir, win an internet cookie. Just checked this and the file path leads straight to the folder that has screenshots in, changed the hot key to something far less commonly used.
Thanks to you and everyone else that has helped in this thread, much appreciated. :)

Hmm.. it appears the mystery is not solved screenshots still showing up in that folder even though I haven't been pressing said button :/

Mmm, seems pretty unlikely to have 2 separate bits of software running which create screenshots into the same directory. Sounding like a bug in afterburner TBH - can you disable it to see if it stops?

I'll update it first, they may have fixed it in a newer version. :)
Hmm, seems there's no updates available, don't really want to disable it, I mean I cant find a program that does everything that one does well.
