Very quick MM question: payment methods

I'm looking to sell some bits and bobs on the MM soon, however I have not used it before. What's the safest way to have money transfered to you, for both parties?

Personally I don't trust the likes of Paypal.

BACS transfer (online or in branch) or a cheque .

Crossed postal orders are safe, sent RD. Cost a liitle extra.

Bank transfer is always my preffered option. No fees, but it takes a few days. Saves faffing arround with PayPal - withdrawing money always takes over a week for me.
