Thats pretty messed up to have done to the car. Whether we like it or not, the owner probably spent a lot of time or money or both to get it into a way he or she likes only to have some lower than the dirt I walk on, scumbag loser do that to it. Should be shot in the face TBH.

I can't actually believe there are legitimate companies out there that will take money in exchange for doing something like that to a car. Surely there are laws about stuff like that?
