VESA wallmount suggestion

I've got a Viewsonic VA2012W 20" WS monitor which I would like to wallmount. The distance between the wall and me isn't very big (desk is small) so one which doesn't protrude much will be handy. The other requirements are fairly cheap (sub £30) and ability to tilt vertically.

Any suggestions?
