vf900 in x-qpack?

does it fit? seems to be conflicting reports, planning to use it on a x1900xtx and would like to know whther to get the 700 or 900 model.

Wait for tomorrow, hopefully mate should bring Qpack round, and I'll try fitting my card to to it. It does stick over the top of the card though, by about 1 cm.

I dont have a VF900, but i do have a VF700, and if you put the card in the motherboard tray with it on, and then try and slide it in, it wont fit, it fouls on the case. You have to fit it with the motherboard try in place, once inside the clearance is minimal on the cases internals.

gutting, thanks for letting me know though mate.
What specifically stops it fitting though? anything moddable.
Any body else got an aftermarket gpu cooling in an x-qpack?

The PSU/cage rod is above the videocard, not enough space. If you can find a GFX cooler that is no higher than the top of the videocard PCB you'll be ok.

anybody know if any arctic coolers fit (accelero's included), or am i limited to the smaller zalman cooler.
