VGA Button

Need a little more information. On what kind of device is this button, and where is it located? 
If it is on a laptop it is likely that it switches between integrated and dedicated graphics for power saving/maximum performance. (Though I would expect the colour to change perhaps when you press it, so maybe the laptop doesnt have that functionality but still has the button.)
I'm sure someone with a better idea will come along.
