Viable upgrade?

Is it worthwhile selling my i5 2500k, mobo and ram and buying an A10 APU, board and ram?

I was hoping to get £150 for my old kit.

No value in my opinion. Yes, you'll be able to Xfire (without checking, I think they're both compatible) but you're getting a poorer CPU as a result. Also, getting crossfire to work reliably is a black art sometimes..

Keep what you have and save up for a graphics card update. Bit of a backward move there and what I would do is sell your graphics card and add that money to a new one. The 2500K is still a great CPU.

What card would be a good step up from the 7870 dd, it's the black edition.
